NH Designs wants you to be happy with your purchase. Your referral and recommendation are the best advertising we can hope for and we hope to earn that from you.

Returns: Are allowed within 15 days for regular purchase items proveded that the item is still in new condition and not damaged in any way. A full refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item, shipping charges are never refunded.

Exchanges: Are allowed within 30 days for regular purchase items proveded that the item is still in new condition and not damaged in any way. Shipping charges are not refunded for the returned item, and shipping charges will apply to the new item being sent out.

Custom Items: The process is to first discuss the item to be created. Once the size, metals and gems are determined, a price estimate is provided based on the amount of labor and the materials costs. When the estimate is approved, sketches are done and emailed. Once a sketch is approved, a time estimate and a final price quote are given and payment in full is required before any work begins. Shipping charges are not required with payment for the custom piece, but must be paid before the item is sent. Pictures will be emailed when the item is completed, however work on the item will continue as needed until pictures of the item are approved. Item will be shipped once the pictures are approved. Custom Items may not be returned

Warranty: Semi-precious beaded items will be repaired free of charge if they break and no less than 80% of the beads are sent back for restringing (ex: 20" necklace, must send back 16" of beads). If less than 80% of the beads are sent back for restringing, a charge may apply for additional beads. If original beads are not available, similar beads may be substituted. Beaded items with precious gemstones (tanzanite, diamond, sapphire, etc.) and precious metals (gold, platinum) will be repaired with no labor charges but charges for bead replacement needed to complete the piece will apply.

Any item being returned for any reason should have a tracking number and/or insurance for your protection. Please send a notice by email that the item is being returned. The item should be addressed as follows:

Shipping: Your shipping and handling charge covers all packaging and includes USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Flat rates of $2.50 for USPS 1st class mail and $15.50 for USPS express mail are available. Shipping through other carriers is available as well, quotes will be provided upon request. Any difference in cost must be sent before the item is shipped.
